Grievance Mechanism

Proem Parades offers a safe and open way for anyone—employees, suppliers, partners, or community members—to report concerns about our operations, supply chain, or business relationships.

How to report: Grievances are submitted to report@proem-parades.com handled by our administration team.

What we accept:

  • Human or labor rights issues

  • Environmental impacts

  • Unethical, harmful, or illegal behavior

  • Violations of Proem Parade's policies or commitments

If a concern doesn't meet these criteria, we'll explain why it won't be processed as a grievance.

Your rights:

  • You don't need evidence to report, but details help.

  • Reporting a concern won't affect your relationship with Proem Parades ApS.

  • You can submit anonymously and in your preferred language.

  • If you disagree with our findings, you may request a review.

 

Our process:

  1. We confirm receipt within 3 days.

  2. We review the issue (usually within 30 days) and may ask for more details.

  3. We share our findings and next steps. For anonymous reports, we investigate but cannot share the outcome directly.

  4. We confirm resolution or explain next steps.

Protection: We prohibit retaliation and keep your identity confidential, sharing information only with those who need it to handle the case.

Resolution: We take proportionate action based on the nature and severity of the issue, such as:

  • Gathering information from relevant parties

  • Involving internal teams (e.g. HR, ESG)

  • Contacting suppliers or partners for corrective action

  • Preventing recurrence
