Returns

Terms of return
Proem Parades naturally accepts all items, including pre-ordered items, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused and in perfect condition, including all hangtags. 


Complimentary returns on all DK orders. 
Return label comes along with every order.


How to return
1. Repack your item(s) preferably in the original parcel.

2. Place the return label you have received with your order onto your return parcel 

3. Hand in your return parcel at the nearest GLS service point. 


Exchange
If you wish to exchange to another size, you must follow above return policy and place a new order.

You are welcome to return items in person at Gothersgade 39, 1123 København K, in our store's opening hours:

Wednesday-Friday: 12-18
Saturday: 10-16

If you wish to return items without using our Return Label you are welcome to choose any shipping method/company. This return method is on your own account. Please ship to this return address:

International returns
Please ship to the address above. Please send a mail to hello@proem-parades.com and include your order number and let us know which item(s) you wish to return.
For all returns from outside EU: Please print and include your order confirmation received by email in your return parcel. 



General terms
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will be refunded. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, however usually it takes 1-2 days.

Upon returning, you are fully responsible for the product being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the return address listed below. We do not take responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt or document  with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
