Returns
We provide a 14-day full return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods.
If you wish to return an item, the item must be in the same condition as upon receipt, which means it should be un-used, in original packaging and with an intact price tag on.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we wil transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We only refund to the credit card with which the goods were purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards.
How to return
1. Repack your item(s) preferably in the original parcel including the delivery note.
2. Go to the return portal and buy your return.
3. Hand in your return parcel at the nearest GLS service point, show the staff your QR code and they will print a label. Remember to get a receipt.
4. When the the return is approved we will transfer the purchase amount back to you.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange to another size, you must follow above return policy and place a new order.
International returns

For all returns from outside EU: Please print and include your order confirmation received by email in your return parcel.
