1. Select your type of repair
If you are unsure whether your repair falls within a category, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@proem-parades.com
2. Marking of repair
We kindly ask that before you drop off or ship it, you mark the area(s) on the product that needs repair. This will clarify the extent of the repair and help us repair your item(s) faster.
3. Buy repair
- Buy minor or major repair(s) online plus shipping forth and back. You will receive a shipping label to print. Hand the package to your nearest GLS point and we will receive it. We will send it back to you as soon as it is ready.
- Buy minor or major repair(s) at our Flagship Store Gothersgade 39, 1123 København K, bringing your garment during our store's opening hours. You can pick it up here as well when the repair is ready.
4. Repair time
Expected repair time is 2-4 weeks. When your repair is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Can your product be repaired?
Sometimes, unfortunately, the damage to a product is irreparable. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse a repair. If you are unsure whether your repair falls within a category, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@proem-parades.com.
We do not make fit changes but we can refer to a local tailor if needed.
Repair vs Claim?
Claims on a product can be due to manufacturing. In these cases, we take the responsibility for the fault, and repair the item(s) for free. You can contact us at hello@proem-parades.com about it as long as you have discovered it no later than two years after purchasing the item. If the damage is self-inflicted, it will be classified as a repair.
